Video monitoring



1. In order to ensure the safety of persons staying on the premises of the Orthos medical facility, including in particular: Patients, accompanying persons and visitors, as well as employees and collaborators of Orthos, video monitoring is carried out covering public areas in the building (corridors and registration), as well as entrances to the building.
2. Only images from cameras are subject to recording. Sound recording is prohibited.
3. Monitoring operates 24 hours a day. The decision to permanently or temporarily switch it off may be made only by the Orthos Management Board.
4. Monitoring data includes:
a) designation of the date and time of the recorded event;
b) image of persons whose specific behavior was recorded on the recording.
5. The Management Board of the Company determines the storage period of video monitoring recordings, taking into account the technical capabilities of the system in place, provided that this period cannot be longer than 3 months from the date of recording. After the above-mentioned period, the recorded recordings are subject to mandatory permanent destruction. It is permissible to destroy the recordings by automatically overwriting them.
